Lior Lahav aka Solar System, Born 1982 in Israel, is a trance dj and producer, starting his career at the age of 18. His style was mainly Full On and soon he gained respect in the scene through his performances both in studio and when playing as dj.

He is been producing Electronic music in his home studio for over 10 years, travelling the world playing his own uplifting version of full-on psy trance under the name Solar System. Solar System has more than 20 releases on prominent compilations such as; Back to the Future (Spun Recs.), K-Files (Utopia Recs.), Goa 2005 Vol. 2 (YELLOW SUNSHINE EXPLOSION), Radioactivity (Point Zero Recs.), Radioactivity Part 2 (Point Zero Recs.), Desert Dreaming (GEOMAGNETIC TV Recs.) and Open Air Vol. 4. (YELLOW SUNSHINE EXPLOSION). Solar System has collaborated with other musicians and made remixes to Infected Mushroom, Bambo Forest, X-Noize, Sun Project , Xerox & Illumination and Marcelo D2. His tracks are released by major record labels such as; Spun, Psytropic, Yellow Sunshine Explosion, Midijum, Trancelucent, Alchemy, Vision quest, MP, Tribal, Point zero, Magma, Substical, Utopia, Heart of Trance, darcu, Goa and Sonesta.

In October 2008 Solar System released his debut album – Private Selection and was rewarded for this hard work by being voted No. 85 in the world by DJ Magazine ’ Top 100 DJs’ Poll. To add to his credentials, Lior has traveled extensively to showcase his talent to many cities. Solar System has played in countries such as; England, Denmark, Sweden, Turkey, Cyprus, Germany, Japan, Portugal, Mexico, Panama, Switzerland, Greece, Spain, Brazil and in the USA.

This year Lahav is releasing two different interesting cds; “Around The Sound” a CD- compilation by Solar System that collects the best hits of Psy-Trance by well known artists and ‘Must Be The Music’ – his 3rd cd that includes his popular tracks “Summer Rain”, “Wonders Of The Universe” , “Must Be The Music” and “Sublime”. The album will be released over the coming months at Spun Records.
