For his age Shye brings a different type of style, and lyrical content to the game. Cousin of NFL Star Antwaan Randle El, Shye carries on the legacy of athletic excellence, kicking lyrical acrobats that would make Dominique Dawes blush. Shye was born in Harvey, IL February 5, and now is old enough to take on the competition in the music industry. In 2006 Shye started a crew of guys, known as the "Swagg Boyz". Grinding all 2007, working with artist such as Marvo, Cap-1, Chicago’s number one D.J. Sean Mac, and a few out stater’s shye has started a small buzz throughout the Southern Suburbs of Chicago, all the way to the Northside of Chicago where he met unsigned hyped Nikko "Youngsta" Rodgers. Shye is currently working on his second mixtape titled, "Got Money & Can’t Help It 2.0" which is featuring a few big names across the world. As a independent artist Shye is currently shopping his new single "Grind it like a skateboard" to Koch, Epic, Jive, and Elektra-Warner Music. "It’s not to many artist my age that’s ready for the industry, but listening to my music, and my grind, record labels are missing out". 2008 brings alot of hope and opportunity to Shye and his crew of Swagg Boyz.
