From the surburban outskirts of Baltimore Maryland. “Scott Free” bka Garrett Tucker, discovered his affinity for eloquent lyrical expression during his second year of junior-high. A drug abusive father inadvertantly became his muse. Armed with nothing more than raw talent, Free dove head first into the music industry and began recording from home. Currently Free, attends Salisbury Univ. working towards his B.A. in Business Adminstration and is open to all networking ventures.
