My name is Danny McKendrick and I am known by many as the ‘sad punk’ because it was the first song that I learned how to play on the guitar (by The Pixies), and it kinda stuck. I am a singer/songwriter living in New Jersey, fronting my own band, and desperately trying to shed some light on the very inspired rock music that I have been writing and performing for the last six years or so. Things are going very well as I have made several fans and friends, and received tons of college radio play in and around New Brunswick. People seem to like the tunes very much. But everyone could use a little break.

I am planning a move back to New York City in November. Can’t wait for that. Oh yea and I think that I may have been Elvis Presley in a past life…
