Rex Havoc has been playing music for the better part of 40 years. In the late 70's Rex was in a Band on RCA records called 'SILVERADO', who had a couple of regional hits. That band split and he was Co'Founder of a band called 'THUNDER ROAD', a very popular Northeast Band that played up and down the East Coast for most of the 80's.This Band(Thunder Road) and two other regional bands( Max Creek, and Cryer), still hold the attendance record in Connecticut for the largest outdoor audience, 40,000 people attended their concert! Rex has shared the stage with Steppenwolf, B.B.King. Al Anderson w/NRBQ, Aztec Two-Step, Jonathan Edwards, Orleans and SouthSide Johnny to name a few. Hes played Nassau Coliseum with Jay and the Americans in a 50's and 60's Oldies show in front of 20.000 crazy fans. The new Century found Rex back with the Singer, Brian MacDonald and the Guitarist, Ed Bradley, from 'Thunder Road' and with the addition of Dave Henry(Cool Runnings,Bates Motel) on drums, They are the Brian MacDonald Band . Brian is signed to Friday Records and they've been cutting tracks at Rexs Studio in Connecticut for his next CD, "Wasted Avenue". You can check Brian out here on OurStage or MySpace. Lately Rex has been in His studio writing and recording Rex music and producing, with Brian, some other singer/songwriters as well, and also has a new musical venture called "Mac Attack!", with Brian, and singer/guitarist, Dave Mack from "Cool Runnings", Which was one of the Premier Reggae Bands in the Northeast and "the Dave Mack band". nice nice relaxing sound.i like all of them but of course i like trouble where i am.it has such a classic sound to it,i can hear a little fleetwood mac and a little eagles in there.i hear alot of different sounds in your music.i can tell you obviously write from the heart and what youve been through and thats what makes people feel you.everybody will find something they can connect to.good luck and peace to you +THE+COUNT+
