As well as being a singer and songwriter, Reneé is also an actress and filmmaker, best known for portraying Raelette Pat Lyle in the Academy Award winning film Ray.
Currently she is producing and directing a documentary about her home town of New Orleans entitled Crepe Covered Sidewalks and is releasing her much anticipated debut album Voodoo Queen in the Spring of 2010.
