Some helpful hints for COVER BAND ENTRIES

1) If you are entering a “KARAOKE” backed vocal, a live track, or ANY UNMASTERED TRACK, it would be good to check and see if the VOLUME of the track is loud enough for the judges to hear without them having to fiddle with the volume. You only have 15 seconds to get that judge to like what they hear and if they CAN’T hear it they may vote for the track they CAN hear even if it is not as good as yours.

2) If your track has an intro longer than 15 seconds you can edit the intro out on easy to use editing software so that first 15 seconds grabs them with your VOCAL!! This IS a cover catagory and the judge may already know the song and your vocal is the reason why they will vote for it or not s...
