Rapture Cabaret is a heavy metal band hailing from Wilmington, NC. Formed in 2003, the band underwent many member changes, evolving drastically into the sound they now have. Rapture Cabaret's style is a bit of a throwback to the old days of metal. Influenced by thrash, Swedish death, and with a hint of traditional metal, the Cabaret has a dynamic style that is very unlike their contemporaries. Having now returned home from touring across the southeast and mid-atlantic with A Stained Glass Romance, Graves of Valor, And Since Forgotten, From Idle Hands, and their good friends Massacre of the Umbilical Cord. Along with releasing a 2006 demo and 2007 EP (In The Wake of Hypocrisy) to much acclaim, they aim to create quality music that is awe-inspiring to listen to and music that you can headbang till you fucking die.
