Rafa Ellan was born in Montreal the 16th of may 1980. With a stong attraction to the world of the senses, he studied science, people, trails, theatre and dreams. Worked as a physiotherapist, on canvas and found the guitar to be his best friend as he is a self-thought musician.

On his path he has impersonated characters and already has a few identities; known as Shark, Jean Valjean, J. Strauss, and finally Rafa Ellan.
His musical genre is unique having blended learnings of electric and classical guitars onto folk/blues acoustic guitar.
The texts proposed in his song are not to be taken lightly but have definitely no strings attached.

And new concerts are soon to be announced for his debut album Rafa Ellan in the Wild.
