C-No www.twitter.com/ThisisCNo Born and raised in the South West district in London, England, Andrew Nathan McFarlane (known to many as ‘C-No’) started to grow an interest in beat making after his brother's friend journeyed over to his home and remade the smash hit ‘Touch it Bring it – Busta Rhymes’ in less than 15 minutes. Fascinated by this, at the age of 12, C-No started to use Fruity Loops 4 to lay down his melodies. At the age of 16, Andrew and his family moved from London, England to Brampton, Ontario, in search of a better life. Andrew started to familiarise himself with the Canadian Hip-Hop scene, in search of new flavours to add to his music.A year later, C-No put out a remix mixtape, in which he reached out to artists from in and around Toronto that had heard his music, to feature on this project. Titled ‘Strike One Remix Mixtape’ hosted by, Peter Jackson (9-0-Nikel), the remix-mixtape was a success, still receiving downloads. C-No has gone on to produce from artists such as: Anime Boyz, Corey Niles, Dru, Marcus Voyce, Peter Jackson, eLLIPTIC Symphony and many more. C-No has a promising career ahead of him, as a young Canadian Producer. Due to the success on his production side, C-No went in search for something else that could interest his musical side. Artistry. "C-No" has made a statement as a young Hip-hop/R'n'B artist coming out of Toronto. Growing up within a church driven household, Andrew is able to hold down his notes and deliver strong performances when needed. 20 years old, and ready to work, C-No is also able to write songs and rap verses that contend with music heard on todays popular radio stations. C-No has set himself up as an up and coming Artist/Producer in the first 20 years of his life. Lets see what the next 20 have in store.
