About Plank Road

Plank Road

Plank Road is a 3 piece, blues influenced band hailing from Milan, Ohio. Members include--Dave Heltzel on bass guitar, Mike Gildenmeister on drums and Scott Stiert on vocals and lead guitar. We have several (7 so far) original songs and we also cover blues and classic rock tunes. Some of the artists we enjoy covering are Led Zeppelin, Clapton, Hendrix, The Allman Brothers, Neil Young, BB King, and Bad Company, just to name a few. One of our band's highlights includes being chosen to appear in WBGU"s PBS television series "Music is Brewing", scheduled to be aired throughout the year starting in March.
