Biography

Throughout my life I have always toyed with music. On the piano, I could play part of "Chopsticks" and "The Budweiser Theme". That was pretty much it. On the guitar, I could play part of " Smoke on the Water" and a couple of boogie woogie riffs and not well. Then along came April of 2001. I sustained a severe head injury impacting my front tempural lobe. The impact of the head injury jolted the creative center in my brain and opened a pathway to let my creative juices flow a little better. Starting back in February of 2001, I began to experience severe chronic pain in my left inguinal canal. At times the pain was so intense, it would render me unconcious. To top it off, over the next 2 1/2 years I passed 182 kidney stones. For the last eight years, most of my time was spent in bed or lying down somewhere. To releive boredom, I started to fool around with an old keyboard and I enjoyed it. While I was playing my music, my pain level drastically deminished and I waqs having fun. My brain doctor heard my music and encouraged me to try doing more. Things progressed. I still can't read or write a note and I am having fun, so what the hell, I'll give it a whirl and see what happens. It's just me recorded live at my home on a basic cd burner. There is no editting. Thank you for taking the time to allow me to share a part of me with you. Have a great day. A few weeks ago the doctor, Dr. Victoria Ibric, who helped me to retrain my brain through Neurofeedback, told me that she uses my instrumental music as part of her therapy for several of her new patients. She also informed me that another doctor in Romania, doing the same thing that she does, is also using my music for his patients. What more could a person hope for than to be able to help people that have different mental challenges to possibly live a better life. The instrumental CD is also being used in an experiment to help an ADHD young boy study a bit easier and possibly get off the drugs that he hates.
