Biography
Drawing on influences from Charlie Parker to the Pixies, Penelope Parker is a Tenacious Babe/multi-instrumentalist from East Van. In addition to producing recordings for local bands, she is the lead singer/guitarist/songwriter for Alt. Rock band Neptune At Night, and plays drums in the Psychedelic Noise-Punk band Screaming Queens.
