Love him, hate him, or just laugh at the name. Guess what, he doesn’t care! Why would he? He has a spit game that can go up against the flashiest or grittiest. Love him, hate him, or just laugh at the name. Guess what, he doesn’t care! Why would he? He has a spit game that can go up against the flashiest or grittiest. He has a street team that could make Bin Laden popular. He lives in a mansion. He throws parties in extravagant places too, with a lot of girls. And he has one of the hottest singles in the city right now (Keep It Hott). No matter what, anyone would agree you have to respect him. The newest, freshest face of Chicago Hip Hop is quickly working his way towards being a household name. After putting out a controversial flyer in the streets and on MySpace (featuring 50 Cent and Kanye West, which a FEW people didn’t appreciate) word began spreading about the self proclaimed “next on the carpet.” “I didn’t realize how much of an impact the flyer had,” says Pete “until I found out how many people still have it to this day and didn’t trash it. It even inspired a mixtape. I hear there’s a 50 Cent vs. Kanye vs. Peeda Pan joint out!” His newest release, “Peeda Pan: Hotter Than Harry Potter” has been flooding the streets (the only place it can be purchased; sorry net junkies) of Chicago since its September 11th release, with copies now circulating in New York, LA, and Philadelphia as well. After a brief stint being co-managed by Disturbing the Peace CEO Chaka Zulu, and exceptional radio spins and mixtape sales with group White Chalk (which he boast he started), Peeda already has the discipline and knowledge as both an artist and businessman to give fans exactly what they are thirsty for – innovation and credibility. Currently beginning to receive attention from several majors, Peeda Pan is now completing his album at FMG Studios in Chicago, which he says is already a classic, even though he is only three songs into the project. “I go down on Rush Street, White folks show me love,” says Peeda. “I go out West, or out South to the hood it’s the same thing. The people who know about me have genuine respect and support because I’m credible as a person, before being an artist. On top of that the music is crazy. ‘Resonable Doubt’ crossed with ‘Back For the First Time’.” Keep it ‘hott’ boy.
