My name is Melissa D. Brown and I am the lead singer for the rock group OXYGEN. I have been singing professionally for over thirteen years. Over time, singing with loud instruments takes its toll on the human voice. Some singers go to vocal coaches only to be disappointed. Others ignore problems and damge their voices. I found the best solution for both improving my performance and preserving my voice to be Acupuncture.

I am currently being treated by Dr. Decheng Chen, and I am very pleased with the results. I would only recommend this treatment be performed by an acupuncturist who is experienced with this procedure. The human vocal chords are very fragile!

Great blues/rock band, with top notch guitar playing backed up with a solid rhythm section. Mellisa, you've got everything you need to make a success out this music. I believe if you're patient and consistent, the people in the industry that are watching you guys will make a move soon.

Hey, Thanks for the friendship, and for joining my fan club.
That´s an interesting blog about Acupuncture. Acupuncture is amazing.
I know a bit about both Acupuncture and Acupressure from my many years of martial arts training, and also having a physiotherapist for a girlfriend for 2 1/2 years. I learned a great deal about nerve points, (both striking points, and healing points) and massage.
Very interesting how you can both heal or destroy by hitting the right nerve or combination of nerve points.
Anyway, NICE MUSIC on your page.

Acupuncture for becoming a better vocalist, damn, they'd have me looking like a pin cushion, lol. Keep rocking girl and kick some major ass in the h2h!!!
