Outlaw Son started by a chance meeting of 5 talented singer, songwriter, performers who were all looking to make great original music, while at the same time having the time of their life. With years in the business, each member brings their own style and influence to the group which makes for a great new sound. Two rock n roll guitar players, Paul Colburn on the Fender Stratocaster for that nice country edge, Mike Palmer with the Gibson to give that 70’s rock feel to the music while adding lead and harmony vocals to the mix. Wade Quinton on acoustic rhythm, lead and harmony vocals coupled with his energetic performance makes every show feel like a rock concert. Toss in the former Snap Dragon duo of Matt Capps on Drums and Diz DiNoia on Bass guitar and you’ve got yourself a rhythm section second to none. There are many great bands in the Tulsa area, all of which have their unique sound and style. They all play music and do it well, but not many can create music that can stand in the same light as the top 40 hits that are required for playing the circuit.
