Since 2003, Melbourne rock band Ordain has been feeding ideas and emotions into quality songs designed to excite, sadden and give hope to a broad listening audience. With a unique brand of progressive rock, the band strives for optimal musical originality, and take particular pride in their live show after seizing the opportunity to perform hundreds of shows throughout Australia, New Zealand, and most recently, Canada and the United States. After just completing their third, and most ruthless United States tour to date in April 2010, Ordain is poised to continue their North American onslaught with their sights set on conquering their newfound home of Toronto, Canada and continuing to build on the hype and momentum they’ve gathered south of the border whilst promoting the upcoming release of their first full-length studio album, “Broken Glass.” In promotion of "Broken Glass" Ordain made stops in New York City, Alabama, Chicago, Oklahoma and Texas, just to name a few. During this tour, the band was given the privilege of headlining the "Bloomin' Temple Festival" in Temple, Texas, playing to a crowd of up to 10,000 fans. During this tour Ordain also made some television stops including, WGN 9 in Chicago, Illinois, and Good Day Austin in Austin, Texas, where they performed live acoustic shows. The band also had two radio interviews on KLTD 101.7 The Eagle in Temple, Texas, the second of which included a live in-studio acoustic performance. Now back in Canada, Ordain will be playing many local shows in anticipation of their next upcoming two-month tour of the U.S. Keep your eyes peeled - this band is taking no prisoners!
