OIA is Oscar Holbrook. Along side Oscar is his touring band EKA that demands most of his time and attention, but OIA is the fruiting blossoms of the EKA tree. All of these songs were written during a period of altered conscious in hope of producing something more grandeur than one person can create. Perhaps, a collective unconscious.... OIA hails from Columbus, Ohio, the self proclaimed "indie art" capital of the world. It's time to make it the Psychedelic Art capitol of the world.
