Born in Los Angeles C.A., Bruno grew up in the era where hip hop, was just starting to hit the main stream, with artist like M.C. Eight, Ice T, NWA, and Snoop Dogg. Being the youngest of 4 kids, he was raised by a single mother. The neighborhood he grew up in was surrounded by gang violence and drug dealers. He went to elementary school by the name of Shenandoah. "I enjoyed every bit of elementary school, it was my last chance to really be a kid." He then moved on from there and attended Mark Twain Jr High School, right across the street from Venice High. From there, he attended Hamilton High which is when he started selling drugs, and hustling for money. He did do a little bit of dirt in Jr High, but it did not compare to what he did in High School. He was fortunate enough to graduate from Hamilton, but had no guidance as to which direction to go in life . Dreams of playing football on a college level never happened. "I was as they say, home alone." This forced him to turn to the streets. He then started to elevate his hustling and acquired things he had always dreamed of. Around the same time, he listened to Dr. Dre, who had just released the Chronic album. Thats when Bruno became interested in learning how to rap. He would remember reciting a whole verse of Dr. Dre and loving the fact he could rap. Bruno eventually moved out on his own to pursue this thing we call survival, and zoned in on perfecting his talent as a lyricist. He had a short career in a rap group called "The Cali Click" The group consisted of 5 artists. He then moved on from there and chose to pursue a solo career, as a producer, artist, writer and lyrcist. He wanted to study the rap game a little closer from a business perspective. "I chose to hook up with my older brother D, and get back on the scene." D established a production company and record label called "Adowa Productions" & "Adowa Records." Bruno has been working with his brother for the last year in getting the much anticipated "Live Now Die Later" album ready. This will be Bruno's freshman album.
