In 2004 the first incarnation of No Exit formed when vocalist Lou met guitarist Jarod while working at a local restaurant in Santa Clarita, CA. The two started writing tunes with just an acoustic guitar and an empty living room. One day Jarod went to Guitar Center, Hollywood looking for some equipment to start up something serious and met Kenny Lee Lewis, Artist Relations manager and guitar player to the Steve Miller Band. The two started writing tunes with just an acoustic guitar and an empty living room. One day Jarod went to Guitar Center, Hollywood looking for some equipment to start up something serious and met Kenny Lee Lewis, Artist Relations manager and guitar player to the Steve Miller Band. Long story short, Kenny took Jarod under his wing and taught him some licks on guitar and helped guide him in the business. Lou and Jarod rehearsed with countless musicians and gigged around town at places like (The Whisky, The Gig, The Joint, etc..)but nothing seemed to take off....Who knows what is in store for No Exit.
