The Making Of The New “Nightmare Of You” Album

All of the drums and bass are done. Most of the rhythm guitars are done. Tomorrow we are starting vocal trackings.

When we first entered the studio 4 days ago, we started out with 16 songs and now we are down to 13 songs for the new album. Pretty sure we are going to put all 13 songs on the new album. Just for you.

We personally sent out a bunch of new orders for our double vinyl today, since we are so DIY. Be sure to order your copy if you want a limited edition, autographed, double vinyl of the self titled record and “Bang.”

As promised the vinyl pre-order is up and running. If you act fast you will receive one of a limited number of autographed copies. To refresh your memory, this is NOY’s discography to date on vinyl. That includes the self titled LP and “Bang” EP on 12" and 10" multicolored marble splattered vinyl!!! The packaging is a double gate fold with new artwork that is full of color and fun. Our new page design features some of the cover art. This makes a great collectors item or gift for anyone. If you order now (and that means NOW) you will receive your copy by the official release date of 12/23 or sooner as they become available.

I know we have been talking about this for what feels like forever now but finally we did it. The lacquers have been made and shipped out to the pressing plant. The artwork is complete and amazing! We are going to launch the pre-sale this week so you will have it in your hands before the holidays. We are very proud of the end result and think you will be very pleased with this package. This is a double fold record containing our debut LP as well the Bang EP on 10" both on multicolored marble vinyl. We are going to be changing up our web design to give you a sneak peak of some of the art.

• NOTE * this pre-sale is going to be a very limited edition of hand numbered and signed pieces. We are only offering a few hundred records at this time so strike while the iron is hot. If I got this as a gift I would be super stoked. Just sayin.

Also- I just listened to 13 of our new songs and I must say I am quite pleased with how things are going. For those of you who have come out to our shows lately you have probably heard a handful of these. We are going to be consistently playing more new music so come out to the shows!
