About Ndioba

Helsinki, Finland

I'm a multi-instrumentalist from Senegal and made my name in my native country and Europe as a bass player.

Since 2005, I'm also working on my own material and appearing occasionally live in different formats: Afro-pop or Afro-jazz, depending on the venue.

Appearances with my TOPOTO BAND at festivals like Klaipeda Jazz International (Lithuania), World Village, Faces, Etnosoi, European People's Festival (Finland) have been largely acclaimed.

In 2009, I'm regularly performing with my friend DIOGAL SAKHO ( who has released 3 albums in France.

All over the years I performed with many different artists.

Among them: Toni Momrelle (Incognito), Freddy Moffet (Macy Gray), Jason Carter, Hasse Walli&Asamaan Band, Sakari Kukko&Piirpauke, Felix Sabbal-Lekko, Falou Dieng, Fatou Laobe, Amy Colle, Bara Fall, Badara Seck, Daouda Gassama Band, Number One, A Lady Call Dial Mbaye, Niko Barry, Soda Mama Fall, , Aikakone, Sami Saari, Aki Sirkesalo, Tino Singh, Charles Salter, James Black, Irina, Joonatan Rautio, Galaxy, Stilimba, Zero Drama, French Kiss, Jimmi Lawson&Hanna Wilson, Cemille, Guglielmo Pagnozzi, Jeremy Tordjman, Alain Nkossi Konda, Diogal.
