I’m easy to read and I’ll eventually end up telling you more than you asked to begin with. Secrets only hurt people. There is no such thing as a white lie. A lie is a lie regardless of how minute it might be. No one can really know what you’re thinking unless you take the time to verbalize it! And hopefully, the other person will be open enough to hear it…w/o using selective hearing. Be blunt. Don’t mislead others into thinking something that will never happen. Don’t allow yourself to become so self-centered and selfish that you fail to realize how you much damage you might have done to others. Love crystal clear. Love shouldn’t be obscure, manipulative and conditioned. I think black and white..no in betweens with me. Life teaches tough lessons at times. Sometimes your best victory is to realize you failed…to take it in…and be courageous enough to move on. Be fierceful, determined and passionate. Some people may come into our lives only to help God brush up our hard edges…soften us..help us see our own faults. It’s not that God can’t change people…its just that sometimes God will keep someone crooked to straighten you up! Believe you can and let go when you have to. Life disappoints but it also brings great joy once you let it flow naturally. Take big leaps of faith. Stop asking “why?” but ask “what’s next?”. Strength and endurance are only gained through difficulties. Don’t give up in the middle of the battle or you’ll never see the prize. However, select your battles wisely. Sometimes some battles are not even worth fighting for. Smile. Overcome evil with good. At the end, that always makes you a winner. Revenge, bitterness, resentment and unforgiveness will only poison you and do not affect the other person. Remove those emotions before you self-destroy. Self-control is vital. Speak words with substance. A word spoken without knowledge is ignorance. People are good, some are just so lost they forgot. Credibility is defined by the words you speak and the things you promise. Stop making excuses. Be responsible for your actions. Ommitance is a form of betrayal. Genuine love is priceless. God loves me unconditionally and that’s how I want to love. A love that does not have to be deserved or worked for, but just freely given. Be merciful and forgiving so that others may be able to do the same for you. Do not expect perfection from anybody. Nobody will ever be able to meet all of your needs. Someday they will disappoint you…its natural and expected…we are only humans. Instead, focus on the good things they have to offer and in the reasons that made you care about that one person to begin with. Honesty is STILL the best policy. Be persistent but ultimately be wise.
