As he grew in talent he was introduce to Rico Wade of Organize Noize through Mutual friends. Continuing his path towards being a great producer he met and worked with a lot of people that’s associated with the music industry learning the tricks of the trade. Monte has four years of Intense training in production, mixing, and engineering. After 7 more years he started his own studio with his brother who also taking up the trade and started a company of his own named 20 Vision.
