By the end of summer 2006 Anders (Piano, Synth & Vocal) and Mathias (drums) decided to form a band on the concept of playing electronic pop without guitars and bass… We based this band on piano, drums and different synthesizers. Afterwards Mikkel joined the band to manage the last part (Synth & Backing vocal) in this band we now call mono agenda. Recording and working with the music has since then led us to develop different characteristics in our music. First of all we have always tried to incorporate a strong and catchy melody in the music. Inspired by the 80’s pop, we use our electronic parts as the kick and groove in the music. Since our music is based on synthesizers the drive isn’t guitar parts, but simple drumbeats and groovy synth-parts. We believe that catchy melodies and strong vocals must be a part of any good song. Though this seems easy – just the simple practice of pop-music, we have always worked to challenge our listeners, with a spacious and varying sound universe. That’s why we strongly believe in having “good and original songs” that bring something new to the music scene.

To promote our music we are:

• Playing concerts (mainly at venues in Copenhagen).

• Working to get some gigs around Denmark soon.

• Recently we have had the song “Come Out And Play” recorded and produced. You can download it from bandbase.com for free.

• Creating a music-video for “Come Out And Play” – uploaded on myspace and youtube.

• Trying to get airtime on the radio.

• Reinvent and develop some of our best songs.

• Always working on new and fresh material.
