Coop is an Indiana native who has been encouraged by a number of influences both good and bad growing up in what was once considered the Murder Capitol of the Nation. Coop took an interest in the Visual and Performing Arts at an early age. Participating in the church chior was a family tradition in his household and as a young teen Coop attended Emerson School for the Visual and Performing Arts. By his late teens Coop realized his passion for the spoken word and Hip-Hop. Even though he has never been recognized on a national level. Mista Coop has been recording music for over a decade. Coop is a founding member of the Underground Gary Rap group “Out Of Order” and Co CEO of the independent record label “Triple O Music LLC.”. With his label mates and production team (Mic Dubb and Kris Styles), Coop has vowed to spark a fire in the mainstream media. With his debut solo release “Mr. ActADamnFool”. Coop feels he has the necessary tools to take the industry by force if need be. Coop is a multi faceted, motivated, intelligent and muti-talented individual that is determined to get the recognition his unheard from city and state deserve. Don’t let his lack of smile, rough edges and often aggressive demeanor, fool you. Coop is a level headed young man with a great personality.
