This is Mercury. Producer out of Tampa, FL. I have been making beats for about 5 years now. Love music till death, grew up listening to classics; Miles Davis, Barry White, James Brown, Frank Sinatra, Nat, Tony Bennett. To developing a love for all music i.e. Bob Marley, Prodigy, chemical brothers, basement Jaxx. MY major hip hop influences are Rakim, BIG, Heltah Skeltah, Tech n9ne, Nas, Ludacris, J5, Cannibus and Busdriver. Some of my favorite producers, DJ Premier, Prefuse 73, RJD2, Just blaze, Mysto & Pizzi, Ronald Jenkees to me are all amazing. I got into playing music in middle school band.I was in percussion. Went to marching band, didn’t like it. Went to jazz band, didn’t like it. Never liked to practice just wanted to jam. HAHA I can’t wait to work with other great artists and producers.
