Men of Business (M.O.B   We consist of 3 members Kd Da Menace, Buke Da Maniac, and Guap Louie V    Our song “Head Right” won the Billboard's Songwriter contest for best song, hip-hop category the video can be viewed on Youtube. In addition to winning the Billboard Songwriters Award, we won the Midwest DJ & Urban Music A & R Showcase in 2008, an event supported by over 300 DJ’s from across the U.S.   “Setting the City on Fire”  the name of our first 13-track mixed tape was on all the digital music stores I-tunes Rhapsody etc selling really well in the UK.  Our current mixed tape is titled Briefcase Music Vol.1 is available for download on sites such as I-tunes, Amazon and Amazon MP3 as well as a slew of other digital download stores and we sell at different events where we perform.  Driving from Indianapolis to Cincinnati, Bloomington to Harrisburg, and all through US  cities like Dallas, Atlanta, Jacksonville and Orlando to be heard. Headlining shows on stages at Indiana State University, The Madame Walker Theater, The Hip Hop Showdown, the Millennium Music Conference and The Caribbean Village Nightclub,The Tropicana Nightclub, Don Victors Nightclub, The Texas Summit in Dallas Texas,  to name a few.   We promote our music and merchandise through street-teaming, distributing the mixed tape in parking lots out the trunk  of vehicles and all media outlet stores online as well as on  Myspace,Facebook,Twitter itunes, rhapsody, napster, Nap Town Music, and more.    The media has been involved in a lot of our events including an appearance and showcase at the Indianapolis Metropolitan High School with Pleasure P  - In April 2009, were featured on the cover of Hype Magazine, a printed journal distributed throughout our region and the Midwest nightclubs, liquor stores, and retail. Alongside Hype Magazine, We can be seen in three issues of Leak Magazine - January, February, and March of 2009. Leak features the best up-and-coming urban talent in the Midwest.     We make a concerted effort to give back to our community by partnering with numerous charitable organizations to host large-scale fundraisers (such as St. Jude’s Hospital), where we have raised thousands of dollars and awareness for children fighting cancer, storm victims, and families in need of shelter, food and medical supplies.
