Megan Nicole
MeganNicole is a singer/songwriter of mainstream country music. She was born and raised in a small town in northern Indiana and will be entering her junior year of high school in the fall of 2008.
MeganNicole has always enjoyed performing for audiences. She began her signing career at the age of 5, with numerous appearances at local festivals and school productions. As MeganNicole has gotten older and has been able to refine her singing style, she has been asked to perform at larger events and venues, including: Yahoo Yodel Championship in Chicago, IL., America’s Most Talented Kids T.V. show in Los Angels, CA., and CMA Fan Fair Week at The Best Western Hall of Fame Showcase in Nashville, TN. This summer she has been asked to perform at the 2008 Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Musical influences have come from a variety of sources for MeganNicole. Those that have had the biggest impact include Patsy Cline, Martina McBride, Elvis and Johnny Cash.
MeganNicole has recently completed her demo at Bayou Studios in Nashville, TN. and hopes to return to the recording studio in the next year to complete her first full length album. In the meantime, with the support from family, friends and fans, MeganNicole will continue to write, sing and perform throughout the Midwest.
