His original songs are guitar driven, blues infused rockers that call to mind classic bands like the Rolling Stones and Cream, as well as modern ones like the White Stripes and Queens of the Stone Age. Backed by his band, Max is an onslaught of energy, but he's just as great a performer with an acoustic guitar. In addition to performing solo and with his band, Max is also the guitarist for the International House of Blues Foundation band, which performs at the Boston House of Blues. He was a finalist in the 2010 Boston Blues Challenge.
