Bio:
I guess it is time to update this. I have been writing music since I was about 12 years old (being 20 means I’ve started a LONG time agao o.o). It by far was absolutely terrible but I have come a long away since then.
MY MUSIC: I have a wide range of music that I like to write. I love writing piano pieces (some of which will be added in the summer of ’10). I love writing electronica music, my weapon of choice is Fruity Loops 9 Producers edition. I also write alternative rock and the occasional metal song. I absolutely LOVE classical music, and I like to write ballads and musical scores for strings, big bands, and plays/movies. I am currently in the middle of a theatrical musical project. But I like almost all types of music, and I can write such music as well.
MY INSPIRATION: My brother was a large inspriation for me. He is the one that even got me started with writing music. Though I have surpassed him (in my eye), I still take every thing I’ve learned from him and make magic.
COLABORATIONS: I love to colaborate with others. The mixing of techniques and styles is a surreal concept to me, and I love to be apart of them. A good example of colaborative effort is “Basic”. Though it is anything but, I brought in my friend to produce a unique and stylistic work (originally the piece was supposed to be for a soundtrack I was writing, but he and I together made one of the coolest metal songs I’ve ever heard). If you would like to colaborate on anything PLEASE send me a shout. I would LOVE to hear from you.
EDUCATION: Though I am trained in music theory (and though I try to use music theory) I am not pursueing music in my higher education. I am working toward a Bachelors in Film and Media Studies with minors in Theatre and Business. (However, I will always compete my music :])
