About LynnePowell

I am a singer/songwriter originally from the D. C. area. I have performed up and down the east coast and in Las Vegas, where I lived for three years. There I sang with Freddie Eckstine, the son of Mr. B himself, and worked many small clubs and some of the hotels. I do many of the old standards, somewhat in the style of Diana Krall, and have been influenced by many of the big band era singers. I also write varieties of songs from country to jazz-type tunes. I also had the privilege of singing with Miss Emma Kelly (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil) before she passed away. I am also a hobby photographer and I've sold quite a few of my photos these past few years.
