Lisa Bello is a hard act to miss. She exudes a personality that overpowers the room and a voice that outshines many. She is an R&B, Soul, and funk songstress that comes from a family of musical talents.
Lisa was born and raised in Boston. She has been singing around the Hub since she was fifteen. From local talent shows to opening up for 112 in 04' Lisa has seen and done it all. Her father sang in a Funk band for twenty-five years and she was on the road with him since she was in diapers. This influence can be seen and heard in her voice every time she picks up the mic. Lisa has her own style that separates her from the norm. Lisa is also a writer and has written and co-written all of the songs on her upcoming album. Her brother Louie, a polished R&B singer well-known in Boston, is her writing partner and together they make quite the duo. She is currently working on her debut album which will drop early spring 08'.

Album Status

Thank you to everyone that voted “Leave Me Alone” to the top! Unfortunately I didnt make it very far in the finals but I am so appreciative of the family members and friends that reached out to vote(even aunties who dont know how to use the computer quite right!) I am in the studio with John Johnson working on my album. We are about 6 months deep and I am proud of each and every track we have created. The album tells a story from beginning to end of both my life and the lives of others close to me. As summer nears I will continue to work harder then ever to get to the prize.
