Lou-Is started off as a rapper until he learned that there was more to it (Producing). “I remember the first time I ever made a beat and how I felt when it was complete. It was a since of relief from frustration, stress and emotion.” In other words it was like therapy to him.
Lou-Is has had artist such as D.J. Unk, Pleasure P (formally of Pretty Ricky), Krayzie & Layzie Bone, 8 Ball & Yo Gotti featured on tracks he produced. He’s production will also be featured on Q.P.’s (SMC/Universal) mix-tape & album. He also produced and featured on C. Boyd’s “I Got It” which Enyce Clothing Line is using.
Lou-Is is down to earth, humble, talented, creative, motivated and very persistent. “If you work for what you want, you appreciate what you get.” His beats and lyrics are all based on life. If you pay attention to any of his beats, you’ll hear his thoughts, voice and feelings without saying a word.
Lou-Is is now producing music better then ever. Lou-Is believes that he can change the game with his skill level. Its time for the him to be heard, his style is unique and like he always says, “I rap to promote the beats.” He wants to work with as many artists as he can. Lou-Is isn’t just a producer, he's also an artist and song writer. He is currently working on his own album. He also is producing, writing and featured on C. Boyd's (untitled) album "who's an R&B singer on the rise" S.R.S.L.I.M.'s album "Dope artistes". And working on a mix-tape entitled “Failure Is Not An Option Vol. 1” which is a collaboration between Lou-Is, C. Boyd and S.R.S.L.I.M. So watch out! We definitely have something in store for y’all!
