She exhibits attitude and energy in each and every performance. Q's genres of focus are Pop, Trip-Hop, R& B, Pop Rock, Country Rock, Blues and even Opera. You can hear her gift of Classical mastery on her EP “Who Left Your Doggie Out” where she delivers a short dedication to Michael Jackson with the aria “Lasciatemi morire!” The name Q, stands for the letter “Q” in the word unique. When it comes to her musical musings she is influenced by every genre, which gives her music its style and flavor that, has taken on an international appeal. Though she loves to perform, her passion and first love is writing. Her writing experience began as a poet, then as an author of short stories. She attributes her storytelling ability as to why she can weave lyrics and hooks at times in her sleep. Other times when she can’t sleep she develops her lyrics on her keyboard. Once she remembers writing a whole song on Post-It Notes (c). Q finds writing lyrics very therapeutic to herself and the listener, "Songs gives a voice to both the storyteller and the listener. You know when you have really given your all when someone shouts from the audience, ‘Go a head and tell it girl!’ I love when that happens!” Q, along with performing her original works also lends her talents to other forms of media in writing lyrics and performing in collaborative efforts.
