Music is what feelings sound like.

I’m a singer/songwriter from the beautiful (!) town of Reading in the UK. I absolutely love making music and I’ve been composing music since the age of 9. In the last couple of years, I’ve started performing in public – open mic nights, etc. I’m now in a band called ‘Familiar Grounds’ and we’ve started gigging in and around the Reading area.

My main instruments are piano and voice. I’ve been learning piano for about seven years now, and I adore it.

What are my influences? It’s hard to tell – everything you listen to becomes a part of your subconscious and comes out in your music without being noticed. I’m still discovering different ways of producing new genres of music. I like things from metal to Irish, but my main influences are singer/songwriters – usually from America.

I love writing lyrics too, and I try to listen to people that focus on producing thought-provoking and interesting lyrics, such as: Eliza Gilkyson, Steve Earle, Dar Williams etc.
