Music for me began when my mother's friend show how to play the bongos. Next was the drums, guitar lessons at fifteen and teaching myself bass guitar. Influences varied to what my mother listen to which enable me to play all types of music ( My mother say I inherit that from her father ). It was a big help to learn to read and write music in High School, and my teacher took me to see my first opera , " Manon Lescaut " . My early equipment taught me about using what little you have to it's effectiveness . That includes, Casio CZ-101, Roland MT-32, Alesis HR-16 Drum Machine, Kawai X40-D, Boss DS-330, Alesis S4 QuadraSynth Module and Roland XP-10. Driving it all was a $49.00 computer and $38.00 discount music software I brought out of a magazine, Apple Macintosh Plus and Opcode EzVision ( I still have both ! ) ( By the way the PC I bought before that, CRASHED ! ). By 2006 I had a Apple Macmini and Edirol PCR-M80. Today I used Apple 17 inch Widescreen iMac intel Core Duo 1.83Ghz., Edirol PCR-M80 Keyboard Controller, Apple Logic Express 7.3, Propellerhead Reason 3.0.5 and Steinberg Cubase SX. Other software, Apple Jampack: Remix Tools, Apple Jampack: Symphony, Zero-g ProPack, Propellerhead Strings Refill and Reason Pianos. What I learn over the years is to listen to everyone and everything. I do not know everything or pretend to. But Im open to all music to learn from. Electronica to me, is a broad palette to incorporate different genres into one. Soundtrack music is the next step for me. I hope the songs I put on this site gives a glimpse into me. The two sites I have listed gives a chance to put the music I do to a varied audience. Hopefully to buy as well. If not , just listen and enjoy.
