Biography

Lannen Fall is simply a rock band that sounds as good live as they do on CD, which can be hard to find these days. Lannen Fall is simply a rock band that sounds as good live as they do on CD, which can be hard to find these days. They have accomplished more in the infancy of their career than most aspiring musicians dream of. Opening in Boston for national tours like the 2008 Honda Civic Tour (Fall Out Boy, +44, The Academy Is..., and Paul Wall), the Rock Band Live Tour (Panic At The Disco, Dashboard Confessional, Plain White T's, and The Cab), multiple Warped Tours, as well as sharing the stage with national bands such as Paramore, Cartel, Hawthorne Heights, Mayday Parade, Sherwood, and many more... But they don't like to brag. In fact, Lannen Fall is honored to have played with so many talented and influential bands. The band itself has a rich history of influences from classic rock bands like Van Halen to modern bands such as Jimmy Eat World and if you listen it shines throughout their music. Lannen Fall is not trying to reinvent the wheel, just rock and roll. They love to write guitar driven rock with big choruses and intelligent lyrics. Although it may seem like a fine line that separates them from the watered down cookie-cutter pop being released on a daily basis, Lannen Fall walks confidently on the side of honesty and talent. When you see this band live, you get what you pay for, instead of backup tracks or auto-tune. Jay Tagg's unique vocals put them on the map, but when he temporarily lost his voice due to illness, Danny Rinaldi (formerly of Bedlight for Blue Eyes) was brought in to releave the pressure so the band could continue with their tour plans. However, everyone fell in love and now with him added to the mix, some may think its overkill to have two great voices; Lannen Fall thinks its awesome! Good things will surely come from this goulash of music making talent and after releasing their third and strongest EP, a full length is only a matter of time. As the final thought of their recent review for "The World Can Wait" goes... "They'll be famous sooner or later." (Gregory Robson, absolutepunk.net)
