“La Escena Del Crimen” was created at the end of 2007 by Sabrina and Sara Mangussi.
After their beginnings on “ The Brainerds”, band that reached certain recognition among Uruguayan rocks music. The search of a new style took them to the creation of “La Escena Del Crimen”. The members: Sabrina Mangussi (Voice), Sara Mangussi (Drums), Efrain Arreche (Guitar), Fernando Teixeira (Guitar) and Waldo Melgar (bass)

In May, 2008 they recorded their demo, presenting three of their songs, “Fuera De Mi”, “A Escondidas”, “Punktal” and a Mecano (Spanish band) cover, “Me Cuesta Tanto Olvidarte”.
The voice and lyrics have a huge importance in their songs, as well as the visual and personal aesthetics are in their presentations The interaction with the public, the different climates that are achieved between songs and the passion for doing music that the members have, make “La Escena Del Crimen” an excellent option for rock and roll music.

La Escena del Crimen fue formada a finales del 2007 por Sabrina y Sara Mangussi.
Luego de su paso por The Brainerds, banda que alcanzo cierto reconocimiento dentro del rock nacional, la busqueda de un nuevo estilo las llevo a la creacion de La Escena del Crimen. Los integrantes: Sabrina Mangussi (Voz), Sara Mangussi (Bateria), Efrain Arreche (Guitarra), Fernando Teixeira (Guitarra) y Waldo Melgar (Bajo).
En mayo del 2008 graban su demo presentando tres de sus cortes: “Fuera de mi”, “A escondidas”, “Punktal”; y una version de “Me cuesta tanto olvidarte” de la banda espanola Mecano.
La grabacion y produccion de dicho material estuvo a cargo de Nicolas Souto (buitres) con la colaboracion en arreglo de voces y guitarras de Martin Do Santos (Sonora Del Sur, Escuela de Musica Sala Uruguay).
La voz y las letras son de gran importancia en sus canciones, asi como la estetica visual y personal lo son en sus presentaciones en vivo.
La interaccion con el publico, los diferentes climas que se logran entre cancion y cancion y la pasion por hacer musica que une a sus integrantes, hacen de La Escena del Crimen una excelente opcion dentro de las nuevas propuestas de Rock
