For Kristen the music began at about age twelve when a flea market guitar wooed her into a passion for music that spurred her into the singing and songwriting business. Now with only a few years of music under her belt, one would definitely say that her talent has developed overnight. Now the young musician has her hand in several musical instruments such as piano, percussion, and just about most of the stringed instruments you can think of with guitar still being her first love. It is with her beloved guitar, whom she affectionately calls Gabriel, that she writes and performs all of her own songs. Songs which have been adored for their lyrical depth and crisp melodies.
Over the years, the young singer/songwriter has been making her rounds in the Atlanta area at various coffee shops, local churches, and showcasing her talent for various benefit organizations like the Integrity Children's Fund. Also Kristen has found herself with a loyal following in her college town of Auburn, AL doing live shows in the coffee shops, bookstores, and on good 'ol Samford Lawn.

"Music found me when I was still popping pimples and trying to figure out what my place could be in this world. Since then music has given me an avenue to feel, think, and speak. And now I guess you could say I just want to be heard."
