Kayla passionately delivers the sounds of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s and brings audiences back in time. While many of Kayla’s peers are studying the current Top 40 tunes, Kayla is digging deep into her grandparents record collection to learn and appreciate the great songs of the decades past. Kayla has performed at venues sharing the stage with the original pioneers of Rock & Roll! She is professional, authentic and intends on preserving the oldies. Her appearances on stage, TV, radio, and internet media have acquired her fan bases all over the world. Kayla was featured on the ABC show Bridge Street, appeared in Newsday in 2008 & 2010, and USA Today Weekend Magazine in 2007. While not performing, she is a normal kid. She enjoys musical theater, texting, shopping, cooking, makeup and Geocaching. She is an animal lover and believes in imposing stricter laws against animal abuse. Among other causes that she advocates, Kayla in constantly involved in childhood cancer organizations and events, volunteering wherever they need her. She lends her voice to Songs of Love , an organization that creates personalized CD’s for children facing tough medical conditions. She also visits nursing homes to share her gift with people who truly appreciate it!
