My name is Kaycee Bowden, I love to perform as my insterment is my voice. I perform various shows, between working with local bands, as well as performing at the American Legion, and local festivals, I love what I do as music has always been a big part of my life. Music runs in my blood as my Father was a professional guitarist and played with several celebrities from Janis Joplin to the Moody Blues. My Brother inherited his skills from my father as well as he is a professional guitarist and song writer, he writes hard rock and blues. As a family we take music seriously and take to heart all new sounds and put it to the test. I myself really love to sing country and am always ready for a challenge as I love all music, respect all musicians and will achieve my dream and support all in theirs. KayCee, Thanks for your lovely words...I'm honestly overwhelmed with what you said..Being JUST a cover singer all my life, it's very rare that Myself and us as a band receive such a great comment..although, I don't get as much flack these days as I did during the 8o's when original bands here in OZ Were trying to make their mark, and gives us a run for our money and trying to get work...I believe what we do with our music, is keep alive some of the great artists and bands we cover, and I know these days we are appreciated greatly at gigs...So it's really nice to get positive feedback, on sights like this...You too, have soul and heart in your voice..almost like you've lived what your vocalizing, but maybe that's a little too personal for me to say...But I can see in your pic above, the wisdom, and soul...I love that pic of you....
Anyway, Thanks again...I'm off to organize stuff for my Daughters 15th Birthday party tomorrow...I can't believe just how quickly time has gone since she was born....A little scary actually...
