JOHN SULLIVAN John Sullivan is an independent artist from Jackson, Mississippi. He lost his mom when he was only 10-years old. Soon thereafter, he taught himself to play guitar in hopes of finding a form of therapy that would help vent the anger and confusion something that traumatic brings into a child’s life. John found himself locked in his room for hours on end learning to burn like Hendrix, scream like Kurt and tell a story like Cash. At 25-years old, he’s on a mission to prove that heartfelt songwriting and playing still exists outside of the corporate music scene found on radio these days. He writes, performs and produces all his own music....so rest assured that what you hear with his name on it isn't someone else’s vision, it's his. John loves all music but what he’s attracted to more than style or genre is great songwriting.
