Heros

I forgot my name; just call me a soul at rest. I lived in a time before Christ was born. I was pretty much a slave. I was also a musician. Heros was the master of the land. He was a kind master and wealthy beyond imagination. Heros had one son as his heir and he was glorious. I wrote songs for his wedding; destine to be the event of a lifetime. It made me famous. Heros wanted a procession, a parade for the newly weds. We sent out to other lands for all of the finest musical arts experts. Trumpeters, singers, drummers, and people who just looked good, lots of soldiers, lots of marching. Craftsmen built large carryalls to catch the eye. Anyway we designed this massive parade, practiced for a month, and made history. Heros and his family loved it, and I was able to have a happy life and a family. The song “Heros” is one of the songs I wrote for marching. Unfortunately all memory of this great celebration has been lost. A gracious gift of hands has been granted me to bring one of these songs back to life. I think we got it pretty darn close. Salut
