I still keep these words in a frame – as a constant reminder of who I was, who I am, and who I want to become. And that hard work and effort really makes a difference – at least to me. And in the end, that’s all I have -

I have no regrets
I put forth my best.
All else is out of my control.
I gave a full-hearted effort
I got full-hearted results.
In the end,
I achieved more than I ever
expected of myself.
I was willing to pay the price,
and I did.
I am a better and stronger person
because of this.
No one can ever take that away.
