Jeremy Phifer, started out when he was eight years old when he got his first drumset "Jr Kit". He played drums for about three years. While picking up the guitar and tinkering with it at age ten, not too serious, it wasn't until he turned eleven or twelve. He met Mr Watson his band director and that of course changed his whole perception on his music quest to fame. The first band experience, was with Matt Morton and Ground Zero, playing at the Galaxy club in Dallas. After the band broke up, Jeremy and his cousin Cody put a band together, "Livin By Numbers", the band played around Paris and in Dallas, playing punk rock, and music festivals. Persuing the guitar, learning to master the sound he was looking for, realized that the money was in playing Country. After getting the concept that he could make money playing music, with a God given talent then he would sit around the house playing, going to Karoake, learning to sing. Along with his father "Jerry Phifer" who had played on the road on and off most of his childhood years, only to absorb all of the knowledge his father had for him about the music world. Good and bad side of the music business. Mr Watson taught Jeremy to chase his dream and he believed in his music abilities, took him under his wing so to speak, not so much to teach him the music he played but more of a guide and to learn all types of music not just one particular style of music. His dad later on taught him to blend the styles together. From playing open mic nights, karoake, to singing competions, Jeremy has fianlly found his sound and his lead guitar has multiple layers from punk rock, 80's hair bands, to southern rock, modern country, Texas country and classic country. Jeremy has made a name for him self in his local town of Paris Texas. In 2009 he formed his own band, which consist of his father Jerry Phifer "steel guitarist", Dillon Garrison" rhythm guitar/vocals", Trey Wolf "Drums" and good ol' Josh Flannery"bassist/sound tech". Jeremy has worked very hard to to get where he is today, with his music. Some of Jeremy's inspirations in the music business, is Johnny Cash, Brad Paisley, Gary Allen, Merle Haggard, Don Rich, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Randy Rogers, to name a few. Jeremy, having these people in mind, has started to write his own music, wanting to have his own type of sound. He is working on writing and mastering his own album, entering the Paris Idol, and winning the competion with his own original music, with songs "When It Rains, It Pours", and "Devil In Disguise".
