Through a teenage interest in music originating in metal and rock I started playing guitar in 1996 and have been self-taught apart from some invaluable contributions given by good friends. After studying Psychology at university I started to take my music more seriously as my interests developed and various encouragments increased my confidence. Atmosphere, drama and interesting rhythm have always been my favorite musical factors and these have allowed my tastes and interests to develop cross-genre. Understanding different genres for what they are and injecting the above interests into my explorations remains the biggest interest for me. In more recent years, this interest has been emerging in recording and production techniques. The scope here to inject my influences is something very interesting to me I also have interests in other creative spheres but these will develop/be shown as and when.
