Look into my eyes!
Born in Inverness on a Tuesday morning back in 1977, I have lived all my days in my hometown of Inverness, Scotland – so far! Brought up on Saturday evenings of ‘The A-Team’ and playing shinty as a child, I literally talked my way into radio (if that’s possible!) which was surprising for many considering as an infant I was required to see a speech therapist because I wouldn’t talk… I’ve been making up for it ever since!
In 1996 I started presenting a radio show with Grant Hodgson on MFR and then in 2002 I found myself on my own nightly show on Moray Firth Radio 1107am. In that time I had Donny Osmond phone me from his hotel bed, appeared on stage with Barney the Dinosaur and been fortunate enough to befriend The Proclaimers!
Now I am no longer on the radio but now work for a music website called Kerchoonz.com which is a hybrid of social networking and home of great music. My two favourite things. Music should be a sociable thing and at Kerchoonz it certainly is.
I also like cheese sandwiches.
