A sensitive, melancholic and original post-rock band from Scandinavian. The Danish rock band draws inspiration from the electronica, alternative and post-indierock scene.

The group was founded in 2004 and in 2007 they released their debut-album “Echoes&Stills”. January Jaunt has played shows in Norway, Sweden, Germany and of course Denmark. “Try” was the first single from “Echoes&Stills” and the video has been shown on 25 network-stations across the US; including MTVu and IMF.

Airplay on various radio-stations and highly rated reviews in Danish and international music magazines, proves that January Jaunt is driven by ambitions to reach the stars.

January Jaunt has decided to take a small breather from touring in the remaining 2008. The band will concentrate on writing new material and prepare an explosive 2009!
