Bahamian artist Jah Doctrine grew up on the Island of Nassau Bahamas. Jah Doctrine stands for ‘Music inspired by the Word, teach the boys and girls’. Bahamian artist Jah Doctrine grew up on the Island of Nassau Bahamas. Jah Doctrine stands for ‘Music inspired by the Word, teach the boys and girls’. His music can be described as thought provoking, entertaining, revolutionary, and spiritual; a skillful blend of Reggae and Hip-Hop accented with a Bahamian Twist. With purpose and vision, Jah Doctrine released the debut album ‘Echoes of History’ on October 23rd of 2010. The music video for the lead single ‘My Story’ features Vicky, a Grand Bahama native formerly of the D.O.C.T.R.I.N.E. band. Support has been tremendous. By February of 2008 ‘Dead Man Walking’ was featured on The Bahama Hot Ones radio show with Randy C on 100 Jamz, climbing to No. 3 on the weekly countdown. The song reached an international audience and was featured in Reggae Vibes Magazine (Europe) in 2008. It was followed up by Nuff Gal, also featured on The Bahama Hot Ones climbing to No. 3. Echoes of History is available for download on Itunes. In 2011 teaming up with Zion Sound International; The Right-N-Time Mixtape was released and is available for free download with an accompanying live recording is viewable at Ustream Artjoy was launched in 2015, an event organized by Jah Doctrine that provides a platform for artists to unite and perform. Also 2015 Jah Doctrine has released mixtape Rites of Passage now available for free download. later on I'm An African was released in collaboration with Nile Valley Records and featured on the Nile Valley compilation 2016. Jah Doctrine visited Jamaica to  link with "Jah ova Evil" which lead to the collaboration with the artist/producer DXL for the creation of the innovative dancehall/hiphop single "If This Ain't Love", which the two artists also co-produced. Around this time Jah Doctrine connected with Supernova, creator of Dub School for the launch of Dub School Bahamas along with France Nooks of the Lineage Family. In May of 2018 the music video for "If This Aint Love" premiered on Reggaeville with solid reviews. Look out for "Love & Revolution" & The Renewal both release dates TBA
